company culture too rigid extremely micromanaging extremely toxic i work 2 month the manager dont like me cus im slow n blur according to the manager fast pace environment but extremely toxic

To be honest, there are minimal pros. Perhaps the only advantage is gaining some experience or exposure, depending on your role.

Management lacks leadership and people skills. I agree with other reviews that highlight similar concern. there’s a clear need for improvement in how managers lead and support staff.
