Absolutely loved my time there - Director of Sales Influxis Employee Review

I started as a customer service rep and left the company as a Senior Developer/Architect. Management saw my potential and nurtured it into something great. I can't really say there are that many places that are willing to take a chance like that. The company has a culture that treats you like family. Company outings and events are the norm and everyone was always extremely happy and friendly. Really how you far you get in the company was always based off what you put into it. I ended up taking a layoff at the end but I only felt was an opportunity to do better things. I have done much better things since I left and Influxis laid out that foundation.

The only problem during employment was benefits left a lot to be desired I'm not sure if they solved this since I left.

Nice employees, loose rules, easy communication with customers, freedom to learn anything you want and take breaks at free will.

Too many problems, not enough man power. Management is terrible- nonexistent. No one delegates tasks, no one learns, no one helps eachother out and they only focus on their own tasks (which anyone 4+ years gets to sit back and watch while you do all the work.)
