Cons
If you never want to have a life outside of work, this is the place for you. The work-life balance is extremely horrible and basically nonexistent, especially on the creator management side. LISTEN to the reviews. I thought these reviews were exaggerated when I first joined, but after experiencing it myself, I completely understand now and I should have trusted my instincts. This job seriously affected both my mental and physical health. I was constantly stressed, anxious, and always on edge. Everything is treated like an emergency, even when it’s not. Campaigns are always on impossible timelines, clients are rarely happy, and that pressure constantly gets pushed onto the creator management team from every direction. There were multiple occasions where you are getting asked to work weekends, getting phone calls multiple times a week WAY after hours (9 PM and later) and just the overall constant need for communication. If you value having a life outside of work, time with family, or your overall wellbeing, I genuinely would not recommend it. The company would rather burn out high-performing employees than actually address the ongoing problems and solve the consistent issues. There’s a reason so many people have been leaving recently in mass exodus. Trust your gut.
