Pros
If you work hard and produce measurable positive results for the company you will be rewarded. Additionally, the organization has a very flexible vacation policy and sabbatical program that promotes individual responsibility for your work but freedom to take off time when you need it. I've been here over 7 years and we have no doubt experienced growth & leadership change pains but things are in a really good place and we have really great people in the right positions. If you ask almost any employee what they love most time & time again you will hear how much they enjoy their fellow coworkers & working with our clients....considering how much time the average person spends at work that is a pretty big pro.
Cons
Need more focus on really working on career development & paths for people. It all comes down to your manager and they don't always have the right resources to develop the plans appropriately. This is not really a pro or con but if you are looking for a job to check-in at 8 am and out 5 pm & just do the bare minimum to tick your job requirements boxes AND get promoted this is not the place for you.
