The workload is overwhelming, normalized in a way that's far from standard. Reflecting on my experiences post-departure and conversations with peers in other companies, I've realized a job shouldn't embody such relentless pressure. It's disheartening that the intense pace is portrayed as the norm, especially to those for whom this is their first job experience, leading many to exert themselves beyond reason for less than fair compensation. There's a tendency towards micromanagement during less-than-ideal times, yet a noticeable absence of recognition for significant achievements that should influence salary reviews. Occasionally, management practices can mislead, providing justifications for less favorable decisions.
