      You'll work with some really talented and passionate folks; no one is phoning it in. You get to work on some of the biggest and most widely known games.

      Cons

      It might be hard to tell how much you're expected to work but if you have a good manager they'll make sure your work/life balance is in check.

      Pros

      - Great leadership - Helpful coworkers - People generally want to do the right thing and are pretty self-motivated

      Cons

      Like all entertainment companies that grew too big after the covid boost, there was a lot of churn, tons of hiring (that could/should have been internal promotions), and a bunch of wonderful people got overlooked/left behind and eventually left.
