Infinity Massage Chairs

Is this your company?

Don't work for this company. The money is not there and they treat everyone horribly. - Outside Sales Representative Infinity Massage Chairs Employee Review

Pros

There are no good reasons

Cons

Company is highly unprofessional. During the interview process, they had me jump through hoop after hoop after hoop, culminating in me learning their entire script and doing a real time pitch of the product over Zoom. My recruiter praised me for learning the script verbatim and for my enthusiastic pitch. She said that she would contact me next to schedule a trip to Seabrook, NH for training at company headquarters. I don't hear anything for several days so I called her and left a VM. No response for several days so I sent an email. Again, no response for several days. After another email or two from me, and 3 weeks later, I receive an email saying they would not be moving forward with me. Ok, fine. Why did my recruiter tell me that they were moving forward with me and why the eff did it take them 3 weeks to tell me this? I placed all other job searches on hold as I expected to be going with this company. Taking 3 weeks to change their mind and to tell me via email is completely unprofessional. Stay away.

Pros

If you enjoy constant travel, do not mind being away from home for extended periods, and are comfortable working very long hours, this company may appeal to you. Employees are often expected to spend up to half the year on the road, and the workload can be exhausting. While some people thrive in that environment, others may find the overall culture and work-life balance difficult to tolerate.

Cons

A ridiculous amount of money if you self-book, horrible hotel accommodations if you let them book for you, and then you can’t even get out of the rooms because they use third-party bookings. Unreal flight schedules, 11–12 day stretches with insane hours, relying on sales while not being paid nearly enough, physically exhausting work, disorganized databases, dysfunctional equipment, reps with zero accountability, and management that does little to proactively help the sales team succeed — even though without the salespeople, there is no revenue.
