6ySorry to hear what a bad experience you had while working at Infinity. This, in my view, was down to having the wrong sales lead, and I was very disappointed to find out from the team that gave me personal feedback that their approach to management was aggressive and controlling. Which is entirely unaligned with my founding values and suffice to say they are no longer with us.
Since their departeure, we have had one of the senior salespeople come back to us and is enjoying the return to the great culture and team spirit we had previously.
