Pros

This is(was) a pyramid scheme/MLM. Pyramid schemes found a legal loophole so now they call themselves MLMs. If you choose to work at an MLM you would work 60 hours/week and only make $250/week. Laughably low right?

Cons

They prey on people who are either fresh out of high school(17-21) or vulnerable(gullible). Culture is often described as "cult like" which is by design as everyone who works there is close personal friends/roommates/romantic partners/etc.

Pros

They were very nice. If you are okay with door to door selling from 11am to 8pm then it might be a good fit.

Cons

They are not forthcoming with much information in job description, intial phone call, introductory video, or 1st interview. After you invest real time into going to their office and then to Panera Bread, in which another employee drives you, they reveal that it is door to door sales. Honest places let you know what the full job description is and the rate of pay. I did not appreciate the way things were conducted. They also hire under Pro Solutions
