Pros

Paid training, Opportunity to travel Gradual Promotion within months Salary increases within months

Cons

This is basically a pyramid scheme. I got a call within days of applying online and spend so much to attend the interview that lasted 5 minutes just to get acquainted. I was called back for another interview the next day for a 'tour' and the man only showed me a room and explained salary package. I was to sell car cleaner then level up gradually until I own my own business, operating under a different name and recruiting my own staff to sell the same products.

We are sorry that you feel this way about our company. We are most certainly NOT a pyramid scheme. A pyramid scheme is defined by you recruiting members/ purchasing your own product. We have you do none of these things. We provide education throughout the entire management training program in sales, marketing, leadership development, administrative , event marketing management, etc . We definitely do not disguise the role as we are very transparent during the interview process with learning how to manage people and learning how to market different clients brands and products through a direct marketing strategy . This however is certainly not a position for everyone. It is more of an entrepreneurial candidate that we look for and not everyone fits that description.

Pros

Only about 1% of people could possibly be good at this job.

Cons

In their job posting, they claim they are hiring a "PR Assistant". When you go to the job interview you find out that it is business to business sales; which is completely different from Public Relations. They throw you into the deep end without any proper training or help from your co-workers. The girl I was working with took all the sales and didn't help me get any despite it being my first day and I had no idea what I was doing. You spend about 2-3 hours in the office in the morning doing absolutely nothing and wasting time. You walk around the streets of Toronto going into businesses and trying to sell them makeup. They say that if you do not make any sales that day that you still get paid, I worked there a few days and never got any pay for it. They think that mental health is a joke and that you don't need to take time off for it. Against any type of human emotion or feelings.

Pros

What I really love about this office is the positive work culture. Everyone is always looking to help each other out and the managers are very supportive. Whether you are here for the opportunity or here for a summer job, you will definitely learn some valuable life lessons that will make you better in whatever you decide to do. I really enjoyed the one on one training in different areas such as marketing and leadership.

Cons

No real cons at this time. This type of opportunity is only right if you are willing to put the work in!

Thank you very much for your positive review. We definitely love to hear all that has been learned, and that you took a lot away from the education we teach. We take pride in the positive atmosphere and again appreciate having people like you apart of the team. Wish you all the best with your new career!
