Welcome zero IT experience as long as you are willing to overcome steep learning curve for IT Management style practiced at my site is hands-off

Management is too hands-off up to the point workload is not evenly distributed Employees marked as "useless" are given non-perm roles where they don't have to commit working on Saturdays without pay difference No form of recognition is given to employees who went above and beyond to satisfy client's needs Competent employees are rewarded with additional tasks thank to others' incompetence Promises of ITIL certification within the first year are false 0.5 month bonus, no AWS.
