Pros
Working remotely is a pro if you're okay with working 10 hour days and weekends consistently.
Cons
They are outsourcing as many positions as possible in order to increase their profit margin. In doing so, they are firing reliable, very capable US-based employees. They went from working with the lower than the bare minimum number of employees needed to adhere to client deadlines to attempting to hire drafting houses (unsuccessfully) then ultimately transitioning to a mostly offshore based company, causing them to lose client contracts due to the quality and timeliness of work. If you have a stable job and you're looking for growth opportunities, keep looking because this company does not support that and will only pay your salary until they can hire multiple offshore employees (that they are paying pennies) to take your place. Working here is not worth the trouble.
