Slowest recruiting ever - Manager Infineon Technologies Employee Review

One of the slowest HR and recruiting team I have ever seen. HR doesn’t respond to emails even after multiple follow ups. Recruiting team is highly inefficient, it takes ever to fill a position from listing to scheduling interviews , giving an offer etc. every step of hiring is super super slow which results in hiring manager losing good candidates.
