The product is about a B- level. It works good enough that the company won't scrap it and start over, but it doesn't work well enough for it to catch on and actually be something people want.
The leadership, especially the CEO, are not aware that the product isn't good enough and seek to blame every other department for the product's failure to find customers. I was laid off after only 6 months in which I met and exceeded every goal laid out for me and in which I took on more than three other people's jobs after they left and were never replaced.
I am not writing this review out of bitterness though, the criticisms I offered are legitimate and need to be addressed if this company will ever find success.
