I would like to thank you for taking time out and giving us the feedback. I am really sorry that your experience with some of the HR policies. All the compliance are followed in IndustryARC. It would have been very helpful for us if you would have reached out to us while in the organization to ensure any grievances are looked at and solution are provided in time. Please note we have a very open door policy where we encourage people to reach out to Management or HR. We proudly call our self a startup even though we had been in the markets more than 3 years. We had been a Bootstrap Startup company of few individuals and developed into a 170+ organization with good clientele. Any organization will have road bums initially so did we. But it never stopped us in being open to our employees and follow an open culture. We have always encouraged feedback and have strive to improve any shortcomings.
