You will be promised the world, but if you don’t excel every day every week every month, you’re gonna be in a very uncomfortable position. There is really no plan or structure to achieve what is expected. Don’t be surprised if you have your pay held hostage. The turnover is outrageous, so many people come and go through this company. It’s mind-boggling. The boss doesn’t tell the truth, and his employees know it. You will not get your vacation pay when you leave the company. Benefits are mediocre at best and we’re threatened to be canceled repeatedly. This isn’t a position for someone trying to support a family it’s more suited for entry-level sales people, and clerical staff. The owner just has extremely poor people managerial skills
