- Management allow plenty of input from employees for project decisions. - There is lots of flexibility for experimenting and learning by doing, novel solutions are encouraged, instead of imposing canned rules to employees. - working atmosphere is free of stress or difficult relationships. - free coffee and tea. - the projects are well defined and expectations are managed accordingly by bosses.

- (not necessarily a cons) they are still a small start up, so don't go there expecting a huge salaries and compensations. - no wheel chair access.

A really great culture full of great people. I really love coming to work and being challenged and surrounded by bright, capable, people. We have monthly retros that are really candid discussions about our internal processes and how we can make them better. I feel empowered. I feel listened to and appreciated. Plus, everyone is incredibly nice! Really positive experience!

Like any agency, there is always more work to do than anyone has time for. Things like R & D, personal development, or contributing to open source aren't prioritized.
