Leave early on Fridays. Unfortunately that is the only perk about this organization
Cons
1) hired for one job and all of a sudden my work load more then doubled for a two dollar raise when management decided I would do accounts receivable and customer service. I am only one person and it is not humanly possible to complete both positions. I complained, they hired another customer service person however I have for my workload to go back to normal. No communication, overly lax management skills. The whole company is a chaotic mess. Nothing ships on time and you have to stop what you are doing to go hunt people down to find out why one more thing did not ship. Overworked and underpaid.
