      Good salary Good perks Food and snacks on the house Excursion. Tax benefits are good. Teams are good and supportive.

      Cons

      Lot of pressure from the clients Old tech stack Working hours are usually more. Work life balance is an issue here

      Pros

      learned a lot, but learned it all from people that are no longer there. It's a good industry to be in and you learn plenty from the people you sell to. IVP's product is great.

      Cons

      toxic and uninterested management (only on sales side, everyone else is actually amazing and so helpful) that teaches you nothing and creates unrealistic quotas, demands you meet them with no support, steals deals from your pipeline, etc
