1. Politics in the management is quite rampant 2. There are some managers who even play "favorites" and "pets" with their own team members 3. Career growth may be slow depending on the manager who you work with/ for 4. Some managers practice subjective evaluation even if client has given out a perfect CSAT for the project engagement 5. There are teams who play exclusiveness amongst tenured employees. Not so welcoming for new team members 6. Culture is not really great compared to other similar companies who are truthful with their "open-door" policy for their people
