Being one of the biggest software companies in Spain, it has a lot of projects of different kind.
Cons
If you are working in a client, it is not easy to change to another client/project. Sometimes you get stuck in a position and your only exit is leaving the company. Telecommuting: Not existent, unless you are a manager and by telecommuting you understand working on weekends.
