Pros
They'll give you a permanent job after 1 years of experience, but the reviews from freshers paint a bleak picture. It's a good "stepping stone" until you find something better. That's basically the only reason why this isn't a 1 star review and is a 2 star review.
Cons
1) HR will lie to you during interview process and straight up tell you it's a permanently WFH job when it isn't. 2) "Code of ethics" is pretty much forced on the average employee and it doesn't mean anything if the middle level management doesn't adhere to it. 3) They actually tried to coerce employees into joining the recent R&R meeting by threatening to start WFO and never acknowledged their failure to properly coordinate and asking the relevant project leads if it was feasible for employees in their projects to join the meeting or if there were any other critical project related deadlines around that time. 4) Managers straight up use profane language in chats with no repercussions from the HR. HR is just there to shield them. 5) They didn't pay employees with their appraisals on time and they constantly misplace and mishandle personal information, but were super mad when people didn't join the "invitational" R&R meeting. This is a clear indication that the company suffers from the "narcissistic mid-level leadership" problem where core issues are never highlighted until it's too late.
