      Pros

      Good career opportunities and really dynamic work where you can learn a lot in a little time. You are push to your limits everyday in every way!

      Cons

      If you are a woman and you want to have a family is the wrong place to be. It depends on the brand inside the big Inditex group, some of them are great, others are horrible. You must do a lot of office hours (9 to 21 or more) to show you are better than the others. Lot's of nosense competition.

      Reliable and punctual compensation peers were fun to work with mutual trauma againt authority bonds people

      Toxic and dehumanizing management style Complete lack of professional respect Ethical concerns and unsustainable work-life balance Work environment treats employees like robots Unprofessional Conduct by Leadership: Management, including Directors, frequently engages in inappropriate behavior. Examples include comments on female employees' physical appearance (e.g., being questioned by a Director on why I wasn't wearing makeup), which fosters a hostile and uncomfortable environment for women.
