Pros
1. Endless learning opportunities. Every day came with new problems to solve, and most of them were problems that actually needed to be solved and were close to my heart 2. I had massive growth, both as a professional and as a human. I learned how to take ownership, how to work with cross functional teams, and how to think beyond just my role 3. The people. I genuinely met some of the best people here. Teammates were friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. Managers truly cared about my growth and the kind of work I wanted to explore. My experience was always that if you asked for help or guidance, you would get it 4. The culture. The monthly Village Square meetings were something I always looked forward to. Listening to Lalitesh share stories and updates was always inspiring and grounding. It reminded you why the company exists and who it is built for 5. Office and team vibes were amazing. From great lunches to fun office get togethers, there was a strong sense of community. Even the office interiors and architecture reflect the amount of thought and heart that has gone into building the company and caring about employees. You can literally feel it when you walk in 6. It was truly a privilege to be part of Indihood. If I ever get a chance to come back and work here again, I would do it in a heartbeat because I know the company is going to do even greater things, and I would always love to be part of that journey
Cons
