Pros
The employees who worked at my location were great to work with. Most colleagues were very supportive when high profile projects would come up and we would all pull together to ensure the project was completed with a high quality standard.
Cons
There is a lack of communication between the corporate office and the employees at the client sites. Some of the senior leadership would tend to micro-manage the employees and did not trust the employees within the organization to do what was best for the company and the clients.
