Pros
Inclusive culture, generally employee focused, and VERY AFFORDABLE healthcare benefits.
Cons
Lots of questions regarding the motivations and goal setting methodology by leadership. Lots of one size fits all thinking, and if your non clinical role/management prepare to bang your head on the wall wondering who is making top down decisions affecting your departments. Additionally, HR seems to drive this organization. Admirable, if your in business for your employees, but not if your in business for the patient or outcomes. For example, your employees can have over 25+ attendance occurrences before you can even have a think about termination. I've seen employees threaten HR to take the earbud out of their ear and say, "see what happens". They kept their job and the manager was the one who received "difficult conversations training".... One person had over 45+ attendance occurrences and HR still forced management to work with employee to make their schedule more accomodating...for them. There is no way you can run a department and keep toxic people by a "hold hands, sing, and uplift" approach.
