Pleasant and supportive work environment with a chance to earn a reasonable although not excessive income while providing services that support a benefit for society as a whole. Reasonable to excellent managers who generally communicate well.
Cons
Heavier requirement to play "politics" than should be necessary resulting in uneven and sometimes arbitrary distribution of company paid educational opportunities, pay raises, promotions and advancement.
