      Decent benefits and starting pay.

      Cons

      As Bloomington Hospital is becoming more like the rest of IU Health some of its good benifits have been taken away and many of its extra perks, eg. daycare, cheap procedures for employess and such have disappeared to be more in line with what the system offers.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
