Pros
Being involved with the latest in medical care and research; the co-workers in my department are great! The hospital (IU Health as it is now called) has been around for quite a while and as long as you don't have to get involved with senior management then it's a really great place to work.
Cons
There is little consistency about what rules are followed and who gets promoted. Politics are more important than who is qualified to do a particular job. There needs to be a focus back on the employees and doing what is right.
