      Cons

      Hard work life balance because the standards are high. But if you are single it will be very rewarding. If you have a family make sure they buy into what you are doing and support you or you will be stressed

      Family Like Environment. Freedom to do your job.

      Cons

      Feels like a cult sometimes. No Bonuses for selling in draft lines like other companies get. Breweries offer them, but IB keeps them and says they use it for other things.
