Pros
Allowances and Benefits are awesome - Travel Allowance for bikes and cars, LTC & LFA (1.5 times the basic + da per year), quarterly medical allowance (includes dependents), dental allowance, annual laptop maintenance, furniture allowances (through loans), etc.. In terms of total rewards, probably at the very best in India to work for. And the best of all, a really hefty performance linked pay that happens every year.
Cons
Fixed career growth in the first 10 years @ 3 promotion max. Basic increases basis Pay revisions capped every 10 years. Changes for people entering stagnation pay.
