Hi Management has enough experience about this. None of the Employee is given work out of scope. Salaries are paid on time.Yes It field depends on performance and output.If results are not delivered on time sometimes we have heated discussions.But i don't think Heated discussion can be counted as shouting. There are other organizations which throw u out on Single mistake. Please mention your name to look into this matter otherwise i would consider it as spam.
