      Approachable top management, safe for women, fun place, you are given the respect and power if you are good at your work, dedicated and well mannered. Open to new ideas, cooperative, employee friendly and I can go on and on and on.

      Salary slab is not defined, employee recruitment is too much through references which affects the quality of the new recruits,
