1. No vision for tech product, we are keep on revamping the features every year, not a tech organization hence you can find less knowledgeable folks here. 2. Tech leader is not knowledgeable, he just keep on blabbering. 3. A lot of firing happen in last two year. 4. Hike is not based on performance it's based on the reputation you build with CTO. 5. No process for software development, scrum is fun at Indiqube. sprint cycle here lasts for 6 month. Management does not know what and how to build. if you are looking just to pass the time you can join else nothing is their to learn.
