Most people are on the same page with providing the best services and printed products to satisfy the customer's needs all of the time. The environment is very inviting and friendly. All employees work together to achieve the company's goals to provide and excellent customer experience.

Vacation time has to be planned a year in advance and it is very difficult to get the time you want if someone else in your department has seniority or has taken a slot already.

It is a very nice office to work in: well decorated and appointed. Trouble is, none of this trickles down to the employees.

RUTHLESS, mean-spirited and poor middle management. HIGH employee turn-over. Mediocre 401K plan. Virtually NO HR support, or employee guidelines (handbook). BIG discrepancies between how the "professional" people were treated vs. how the blue color people were treated. Crowded and hazardous back hallways. Lots of safety and ergonomic issues. Really bad employee attitudes and morale. Needlessly complex work methodologies and procedures. Highly scrutinized work environment. ROTTEN health care plan (s). Little or no janitorial staff.
