Pros
- Great people - the marketing team is fantastic and works well together
- Starting pay is industry average or slightly above
- Great benefits (health care fully covered, minimum 20 days vacation + 3 personal days, 10 paid sick days, $50/month wellness expenses stipend, generous parental leave policy, etc.)
- Great work/life balance (WFH 2 days/week, very 9-5, but flexible if needed)
- Management is receptive to ideas and supporting their employees is clearly a priority (they take visible actions based on employee feedback surveys to improve the work environment)
- I feel appreciated in my role (seems small, but is more important than you'd think)
- The work is interesting - The Ad Tech industry is constantly evolving, so I'm always learning.
Cons
As the company is not massive, there is not a great deal of options when it comes to "moving up the ladder."
However, I've seen coworkers be promoted with "senior" being added to their title, so I feel that this is a very minimal "con," as promotions are still offered.
