The CMO might want to learn Scofield's definition of Discipline to realize that you cannot lead by insulting and threatening people. You invest money into a site yet put no one in place with experience to train or develop the employees and then question why performance is low? This is insanity. They have no sign on the building for one reason, they are looking for someone to buy them that can provide the technical support and knowledge that the plant lacks and if that doesn't happen.... they will close as there are too many other blown film companies that have their stuff together. Hourly employees do care
