I have an incredibly positive experience working here! Everyone, including the President, knows me by name and genuinely cares about me as a person. The company culture fosters an environment where I feel valued. The hybrid schedule is a huge plus, offering the flexibility to work from home three days a week. When in the office, we’re located right next to a park with pickleball courts and hiking trails.

There are no cons that I can think of at the moment.

I love my coworkers, they are supportive in helping learn the unfamiliar systems.

The leadership team is constantly restructuring the staff and does not appear to care about culture or employee morale. Their demands for using an new system are unreasonable.
