Pros

Coworkers and residents. Although you are losing both due to decisions being made at "Home Office." I sincerely loved the residents and was sad to leave them when I took another position. But HQ made it very tough to stay on and grow my career.

Cons

Sweet Jesus, people if you are going to post fake reviews please don't phrase the Cons as a backhanded insult. Examples follow: "If you are not a team player and don't take pride in what you do, this would not be a good place for you." "One of the pros of this organization is the realization that there are cons and they take measures to better the workplace." Please halt the jargon as well. Only those who drink your highly insipid Kool-Aid would use phrases like "I am living 1440 both with my work family and in my personal life." "Great company that believe in giving every person they come in contact with an experience to remember every second of every day." "We give "1440" service (a great experience every minute of every hour everyday)." I used to work at this company and I can tell you for certain that no one liked the people at Home Office. This is because of the unscrupulous tactics, the nonsense phrases, and the ever present air of scumbag that seemed to be especially concentrated in the Milford office. Excuse me. You in Milford. Did you start seeing the negative reviews flow in and thought you better put a stop to this or else you may not get the quality applicants you need? Here's an unambiguous strategy for hiring and retaining quality talent: pay them well (401k and decent vacation time, mofos), don't micromanage, don't fill their day with charts and phrases you picked up from some weekend college course, and for the love of God don't put fake reviews up and be so blatant about it. Holy heck, who do you have running this place? If I remember correctly it is a group of sycophants and shapeshifters, unable to speak concisely or intelligently in meetings, fake smiles and feckless flatterers. You deserved every one of the negative reviews written on this website. And the fact that you are so shameless in your attempt to boost your score only emphasizes your lack of character.
