Pros
The ONLY good thing about this place were their health insurance benefits but of course they would have that because they're a health insurance company
Cons
Working in the call center was horrible. 90% of the people there lacked professionalism. This includes supervisors and management who would curse on the floor. Supervisor/ management do a very poor job at resolving issues. Half of them I'm not sure how they became supervisors based on their lack of knowledge. They gave you a lot of vacation days but you have to accrue them. Also if your sick or have a family emergency they don't care, it still counts as an occurrence. I would say that 85% of the people working in the call center are miserable and hated the job. I am soooo glad I no longer work there.
