1. You work with awesome people and a great cooperative and team environment. 2. You work in several projects with several technologies and areas that help you to get out of your comfort zone 3. Schedule flexibility 4. You work with so many technologies in your day to day that you learn a lot.
Cons
1. Layoffs layoffs and more layoffs, every year they have 1 round of layoffs as minimum. This creates Work instability and people get stress due to this yearly basis 3. Reorgs and team changes frequently, you just joined and learned everything from your new team and need to move to another team to start all over again. 4. Senior management first solutions to everything is layoffs and this affect the work stability, I have seen so many great professionals been layoffs with no mayor reason from one day to another and without previous noticed.
