Pros
Right before I left SMB, our department has unrealistic metrics to hit that easily burned out the dept. 2 lays off in the past def made an impact on the culture, however it was the best company I worked for. Perks were great and management was also great mostly.
Cons
Unrealistic metrics at the time, layoffs, career opportunities within the company were extremely hard
