Pros
Indeed has been a great place to work. Having worked in sales before, I know that the grass is not greener on the other side, and that Indeed dose it's best to do what's right by its employees and clients at all times. The growth of indeed has been explosive, and it has been very exciting. I think that the negative reviews here are laughable. They scream to me "bottom of the barrel employee" that clearly doesn't understand sales, and that being successful is earned, not handed to you on a silver platter. At the end of the day, like every sales position, you get out what you put in. If you are willing to do the work, then Indeed will reward you in more ways than just financially. The culture is young and energetic, and at the end of the day, everyone is working toward a common goal: Build the best search engine for jobs that the world has ever seen!
Cons
The cons that I have are nit picky. Indeed has been an evolving business, and some people find it hard to adjust to change when it comes. I personally find it exciting. This is a tech company. As is with all tech, it is constantly changing, and if you can't accept that, then working in tech is not for you.
