We are continuously looking for ways to have conversations, to listen, and receive feedback from employees so we can ensure fairness and equity within the company.
In addition to having 1:1 discussions with your manager, it is important to us that you participate in our regular CEO Q&A sessions so your voice is heard and the leadership team is aware of the challenges employees face at work. Through these sessions, employees are encouraged to ask questions and have open discussions on challenges they face at work, along with providing feedback so we can improve the way we work.
