      Benefits and perks are amazing, very social, uncapped commission and bonus for senior sales is amazing and you can definitely make a ton of money.

      Cons

      They use their benefits to try to convince you it is the best place in the world. Very entry level sales role, even their growth, “mid market” comparable, roles.

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
