Pros

Amazing Team, great company, the product works well, had support from direct team, people are friendly, lots of fun events and office is fantastic. Helped me grow as a professional.

Cons

If not for the amazing people I worked with I would have left much sooner, in high and sight I should of. Management does not listen to the requests from sales to assist in the market, feels like a hamster wheel, gets nowhere with your targets as there is no support. They just don't help even after almost 3 years asking. High metrics of call center vibe.

Some micromanagment but as long as your on your pipeline you will be ok.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
