Pros
The benefits and culture at indeed is top notch. It's definitely more of a young culture and feels like college sometimes but I enjoy coming to work every single day. I have a great director and an awesome team - have been here for 3 years and I see myself here for the long run. Great career pathing - if you work hard, you will be rewarded.
Cons
Job gets monotonous/one note but every job does so that's a given. They most recently stopped pushing calls as much as they used to and that made all the difference.
