The company is doing a great job at recruiting new people but they clearly do not care about the retention of employees. So many valuable employees have left the company in the last 12 months and it doesn’t seem to bother upper management at all. It is impossible to get promoted, the last promotion was given more than one year ago. Management has no idea how targets are calculated, in fact if you do well one quarter, be ready to earn no comms on the next one.
