      Free lunch and Breakfast Good compensation and benefits Bike or bus/train to work scheme

      Cons

      Bad managment Targets since changes in Q2 not realistic anymore. Favouritism Micromanagement Bad team atmosphere since new senior manager and director took over. Flexibility is over since new managment took over. With old managment we had their trust. Worked out very well for years but now it feels like there is no trust. What was a great team before is now falling apart.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
