As a family-owned, small business, they are a very family-centric company- they not only talk the talk, but walk the walk as well. They offer benefits that a lot of small companies don't like medical/dental insurance and PTO/vacation time. They believe in training so the opportunities for personal/professional growth is there and expected.

As a small company- the salary ranges may not be on the high end of the spectrum, but pay is fair.
